Section 7.06 Remedies for Violation,Penalties, and Enforcement Generally <br /> Remedies for violation and penalties concerning the Regulations and provisions in this <br /> Resolution, as may be amended, as read in its entirety, shall be those set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. <br /> §23-114.05 and §23-174, or as otherwise amended by the State Legislature. <br /> Item 9: <br /> That Section 6.08 Schedule of Minimum Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements, be <br /> amended as follows: <br /> Adult Entertainment Establishments <br /> Item 10: <br /> That Section 11.01 Separability be repealed, and replaced with the following new Section: <br /> Section 11.01 Severability <br /> Each section and provision herein is hereby declared to be independent and, not withstanding <br /> any other evidence of legislative intent, it is hereby declared to be the controlling legislative <br /> intent that if any provision herein, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is <br /> held to be invalid, the remaining sections or provisions, and the application of such sections and <br /> provisions to any person or circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid, shall not be <br /> affected thereby, and it is hereby declared that such sections and provisions would have been <br /> passed independently of such section or provision or application so known to be invalid. <br /> Item 11: <br /> That the "Table of Contents" of the existing zoning regulations be renumbered and revised <br /> accordingly for consistency with all amendments contained herein. <br /> 18 <br />
