Will meet Monday, November 23, <br />1992 at 9:00 A.M. in County Board meeting room. <br /> <br />Discussion on whether should sell the van or keep another year. Board members <br />determined to keep van for another year, Board Assistant not to list on sale <br />bill for county auction this year. <br /> <br />Hartman was excused at 3:45 P.M. <br /> <br />Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant reported (1) Safety Committee meeting <br />Thursday, November 19 at 9:00 A.M. (2) on county contracts she has located <br />and committee needs to set up meeting to review (3) County Government Day <br />meeting Thursday, November 19 at 10:30 A.M in County Board meeting room. <br /> <br />Discussion on use of county owned vehicles and need to make a final deter- <br />mination so can send out a memo. <br /> <br />Discussion on whether Board members will hold meeting on December 8th due <br />to annual convention in Omaha. <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Frauen to cancell Hall County Board meeting <br />on Tuesday, December 8, 1992 due to Annual Convention in Omaha which Board <br />Members are planning to attend. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no, with Hartman absent. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chairman adjourned the meeting at 4:02 P.M..
