<br />reasons for final plats for Amick Acres East Subdivision located west of Hill-
<br />t.op Road and south of Cedarview Road (58 lots); Heddley Subdivision, located
<br />east of Bluff Center Road on the north side of 13th Street(l lot); Kaelin
<br />Subdivision located west side of Buffalo Road approximately 3/8 mile SOutD of
<br />Platte River Drive (farm dwelling); pioneer Ranch Subdivision located on west
<br />side of Engleman Road approximately 3/8 mile south of Schimmer Drive (2 farm
<br />dwellings); and Weavers Subdivision located on north sidepfPlatte River Drive
<br />approximately 1/2 mile west of AIda Road (1 lot). The Regional Planning Comm-
<br />ission had considered the five subdivisons at their meeting on October 7, 1992
<br />and recolnmended the County Board approve the five subdivisions as presented.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to approve and authorize chairman to
<br />sign the final plats for Amick Acres East Subdivision, Headley Subdivison,
<br />Kaelin Subdivision, Pioneer Ranch and Weaver's Subdivisions. On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright ani Landis voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Recessed for chairman to sign the five final plats for Regional Planning Director.

<br />office reports as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
