RESOLUTION#15- 0 ilcQ <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DEVORE SECOND SUDIVISION <br /> A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE WEST HALF OF THE <br /> NORTHWEST QUARTER (W112, NW1/4) SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, <br /> RANGE 11 WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Curtis W DeVore, Personal Co-personal Representatives of the Richard D. <br /> DeVore and Patricia A DeVore Estate and Michael D. Devore, Personal Co-personal <br /> Representatives of the Richard D. DeVore and Patricia A. DeVore Estate and Curtis W. DeVore <br /> and Nancy DeVore,husband and wife, being the said owners of the land described in the legal <br /> description hereon, have filed an application for approval of the final plat of Devore Second <br /> Subdivision, a tract of land comprising a part of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter(W1/2 <br /> NW 1/4) West of the 6th P.M. and all of Lot 1,Devore Subdivision located in Hall County,Nebraska; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> W 11EREAS, on November 4, 2015 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on November 17, 2015 upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Ishind Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received,the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of DeVore Second <br /> Subdivision should be and is hereby approved.
