<br />9~r~~93 <br />for the purpose of providing additional lands for the afore- <br /> <br />mentioned highway improvements. <br />.'~/5~ day of ,d..~ 19 9~ <br /> <br />'1 <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />" <br /> <br /> <br />COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br /> <br />9nL_~ . ~ <br />cou~ <br /> <br /> <br />d&-~~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # / ,ydZ.3 <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is <br /> <br />desirous of obtaining additional property for highway <br /> <br />improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has <br /> <br />successfully negotiated with Lester and Mildred Gulzow <br /> <br />for the sale by him of certain real estate <br /> <br />to be described in the followiong; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is <br /> <br />empowered by the Constitution and laws of the State of <br /> <br />Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement <br /> <br />purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD <br /> <br />OF SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on <br /> <br />behalf of Hall County, grantee, a warranty deed from <br /> <br />Lester and Mildred Gulzow <br /> <br />grantor, to the following described real estate: <br /> <br />A tract of land situated in the Northeast Quarter (NE <br />1/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twelve (12) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NE 1/4); thence running westerly along and upon the <br />south line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of <br />Forty Five (45.0) feet; thence running northerly, parallel <br />with the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a <br />distance of Eight Hundred (800.0) feet; thence running <br />easterly, parallel with the south line of said Northeast <br />Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Forty Five (45.0) feet to a <br />point on the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4); <br />thence running southerly along and upon the east line of said <br />Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4), a distance of Eight Hundred <br />(800.0) feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.826 <br />acres, more or less, of which 0.606 acres, more or less, is <br />presently occupied by public road right of way. <br />
