HALL COUNTY RESOLUTION NUMBER I <br /> SIGNING OF THE PROJECT PROGRAM AGREEMENT <br /> FOR FRACTURE CRITICAL BRIDGE INSPECTIONS <br /> Whereas: the Nebraska Department of Roads (NDOR) is developing a transportation project, <br /> on the behalf of Hall County, Nebraska for which it intends to obtain Federal funds; <br /> Whereas: Hall County, as a sub-recipient of Federal-Aid funding is charged with the <br /> Responsibility of expending said funds in accordance with Federal, State and local laws, rules, <br /> regulations, policies and guidelines applicable to the funding of Federal-aid projects; <br /> Whereas: Hall County and the NDOR wish to enter into a Program Agreement to provide for <br /> fracture critical bridge inspection and load re-rating (if necessary) services for the Federal-aid <br /> project; <br /> Whereas: Hall County , has requested that Soft-Match be applied to ALL future Federal-aid <br /> projects and carries a credit balance sufficient to cover the match requirement for this project; <br /> Now Therefore Be It Resolved: that Hall County will cover its portion of the local match for the <br /> Federal-aid project utilizing credits from Hall County's Soft-match balance; <br /> Be It Further Resolved: that the Chairperson of the Hall County Board of Supervisors is hereby <br /> authorized to sign the attached Program Agreement between Hall County and the Nebraska <br /> Department of Roads. <br /> Project Number: STP-NBIS(102) <br /> Control Number: 00924 <br /> Project Name: 2015 Fracture Critical Bridge Inspections <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor ,\_1ar-.
