HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JULY 28, 2015 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened July 28, 2015 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Dan Purdy, <br /> Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. . <br /> Elected and Appointed Officials present were Deputy County Attorney Sarah Carstensen <br /> County Clerk Marla Conley, Deputy County Assessor Barb Stoddard and County Treasurer Peg <br /> Pesek, and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka and representatives from the news media. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME —Chairman Arnold asked if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forward. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA- Purdy made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve the following by <br /> consent agenda. <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the July 14 meeting <br /> 2. 7 Placed on file the Hall County Highway Yearly report <br /> 3. 8a Placed on file the settlement of the Hall County Treasurer with the Hall County Board <br /> 4. 8b Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's semiannual report <br /> 5. 9 Placed on file the Hall County Keno Financial Report for quarter ending March 31, <br /> 2015 <br /> 6. 11 Authorized the Chair to sign the letter of support for Grand Island Area Clean <br /> Community System in the amount of$3,000.00 <br /> 7. 13 Placed on file information for the August 12, 2015 Regional Planning Commission <br /> meeting <br /> 8. 15 Placed on file the office report from the County Clerk and the County Attorney <br /> Statistical Report <br /> 9. 16 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br /> 10. 17 Placed on file communications from the Nebraska State Historical Society <br /> announcing that Stuhr Museum is on the Nation Register of Historic Places and placed <br /> on file the Nebraska Surface Transportation Program Book <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no.
