5. 9:30 AM — PUBLIC HEARING —CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR HOOKER BROTHERS — <br /> Purdy made a motion and Lanfear seconded to open the public hearing for the conditional use <br /> permit for Hooker Brothers. Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and <br /> Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Zoning Director Loran Humphrey stated that this is a renewal for Hooker Brothers. <br /> He showed an aerial view of the site and it is a well maintained area. They stockpile concrete <br /> and asphalt and recycle the products. It is clean and the committee recommends approving the <br /> permit. This is for 5 years. <br /> Chairman Arnold called for public participation. <br /> Gary Rathman with Hooker Brother stated that they notified all of the property owners and there <br /> were no problems. <br /> Schuppan added that the looked at the site and they do a good job. There is a fence along the <br /> road to keep people from dumping. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Purdy seconded to close the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> 5b. DISCUSS AND TAKE ACTION ON RESOLUTION PERMITTING THE CONDITIONAL USE <br /> FOR HOOKER BROTHERS - Lanfear made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve <br /> Resolution #15-039 approving the conditional use permit for Hooker Brothers. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 3 <br />
