<br />Engineering Agreement was presented between Benjamin & Associates Inc, Grand
<br />Island and Hall County for design of Project C 40 (136) a new bridge on
<br />~ Guenther Road and east and west roads in Sections 9 and 16, Township 10 North,
<br />Range 10 west, for lump sum bid of $3150.00
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to approve and authorize chair-
<br />person to sign engineering agreement. On roll call vote Abernethy, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no, with Frauen absent.
<br />Motion carried.

<br />Abernethy reported on Habitat for Humanity program in Hall County and invitation
<br />to Hall County Supervisors to attend the house raising on August 1, 1992. Mr
<br />Bud Whitaker will be at next week's meeting to brief the board members on the
<br />program.
<br />
<br />Abernethy also reported Sandy Plambeck, Adams County Supervisors called her in
<br />regard to EPC funding and questio~s of how Hall County handled budget.
