<br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, JULY 7, 1992
<br />
<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned session
<br />and by published call with Chairperson Margaret Landis presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Bill Wright. None were absent.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Abernethy.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of June 30th meeting were accepted as received, on motion by Quandt,
<br />seconded by Hartman. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz was present. He stated he still had
<br />not received copies of schedules for Overland National Bank direct deposit.
<br />
<br />Janulewicz stated he had received copy of by-laws for Mid Nebraska Individual
<br />Services, if wish to proceed, can approve the agreement.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Quandt to approve and authorize chairperson
<br />to sign the revised Interlocal Agreement and By-laws. On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Janulewicz presented the contract with Mid Plains Center for Professional Ser-
<br />vices for Children's Village Family Resource Center. They had held meeting
<br />with Max Morse from Mid Plains Center last week and changes have been made
<br />in contract as County Board instructed. Janulewicz recommended approval of
<br />the contract for the operation of Children's Village Family Resource Center.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to approve and authorize chairperson
<br />to sign the contract. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted, no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Janulewicz had spoke with Board members at last week's meeting about the
<br />easement with Nebraska Game & Parks Commission for road construction purposes.
<br />He presented the claim for $285.00 for approval.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to approve payment of claim to
<br />Nebraska Game & Parks Commission for $285.00 for right of way deed of easement.
<br />On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis
<br />voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Resolution was presented to purchase the right of way deed of easement from
<br />Nebraska Game & Parks Commission.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution #1399 as
<br />presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
