<br />
<br />Deputy Attorney Janulewicz spoke in regard to the Conditional Use Permit
<br />~ for Blatte River By Products. He needed to know what or if any restrictions
<br />Board members wanted put in the permit, as to length of time or conditions,
<br />and use of building.
<br />During discussion was determined need to review the procedures and pre-
<br />pare an application form for Conditional Use Permit requests.
<br />

<br />Ed Edwards, Director of Health Department was present. Letter was read in
<br />regard to the increase in food service license fees. Recommends changes from
<br />$50.00 base fee to $65.00 up to 25 seating capactity, and over 25 seats from
<br />40 cents per seat per year to 60 cents per seat per year. Also delinquenu
<br />fees after June 1st would increase from $60.00 to $85.00
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to authorize County Attorney to
<br />prepare resolution for increase in inspection fees for license. On roll call
<br />vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes,
<br />none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director explained resolutions, deeds and right of
<br />way purchases for highway near Wood River.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Hartman to adopt Resolution #1396 as pre-
<br />sented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright
<br />and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully

<br />negotiated with Orin Contryman Residuary Trust

<br />for the sale by him of certain real estate to be described in the following, and

<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the

<br />Constitution and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for

<br />highway improvement purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate.
