<br />Discussed the reappointment of Dr. Reg L. Gartner as commissioner of Hall County
<br />Housing Authority for a five year term commencing July 1, 1992 and terminating
<br />June 30, 1997.
<br />Motion by Leslie, seconded by Frauen to reappoint Dr. Reg L. Gartner to
<br />Hall County Housing Authority Board for five year term. On roll call vote
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none
<br />voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Final Plat was presented for Erwin Subdivision, located on west side of North
<br />Road approximately 1/4 mile south of Abbott Road (farm dwelling) Regional
<br />Planning Commission had approved final plat at their June 3rd meeting.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Abernethy to approve the final plat for
<br />Erwin Subdivision as submitted. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Abbott Road approximately 1/4 mile east of Cameron Road (1 lot) Regional
<br />Planning Commission had approved the final plat.

<br />J&B Subdivision as submitted. On roll call v.ote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />tion Building and County Court offices in Courthouse for cost of $30,317.50
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to get moving on the telephone
<br />system and pay from this year's Capital outlay budget if possible. On roll
<br />call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Wright voted yes, Quandt and
<br />~andis voted no. Motion carried.
