1 <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JULY 14, 2015 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened July 14, 2015 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The given Pledge of Allegiance iven in unison. <br /> 9 9 <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Doug Lanfear, Dan Purdy, <br /> Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. . <br /> Marla Conley, Deputy County Assessor Barb Stoddard and County Treasurer Peg Pesek, and <br /> Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka and representatives from the news media. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME —Chairman Arnold asked if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forward. No one responded <br /> CONSENT AGENDA- Purdy made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the <br /> following by consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the June 30, 2015 meeting <br /> 2. 6 Approved the early claim for the motor fuel diesel tax in the amount of$1,686.00 <br /> 3. 12 Approved the sub grant agreement with DHHS for child support enforcement services <br /> 4. 14 Approved the final plat and Resolution #15-0037 For Sandy Beach 3`d <br /> Subdivision <br /> 5. 15 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 6. 16 Placed on file the office reports form the Assessor/Register of Deeds, County Sheriff <br /> and Hall & Howard County Juvenile Services <br /> 7. 17 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 17b Approved the Resolution #15-038 for the 5 year tax sale <br /> 9. 18 Placed on file communications <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br />
