RESOLUTION #15-0.q-4 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF C.A.A.P EAST RAILROAD <br /> SUDIVISION A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE SOUTHWEST <br /> QUARTER (SWI14) AND A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) OF <br /> SECTION EIGHTEEN (18), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) <br /> WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Grand Island Area Economic Development Corporation, a Nebraska non- <br /> profit corporation, being the said owner of the land described in the legal description hereon, <br /> have filed an application for approval of the final plat of C.A.A.P East Railroad Subdivision, a <br /> tract land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter S W 1/4 and a Part of the Southeast <br /> act of p g p Q ( ) <br /> Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Eleven (II)North, Range Ten (10) West of <br /> the 6`1 P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 10, 2015 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on June 16, 2015 upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of C.A.A.P East <br /> Subdivision should be and is hereby approved.
