RESOLUTION #15-o3(., <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF MAC SUDIVISION A TRACT OF <br /> LAND COMPRISING A PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE1/4) AND A PART <br /> OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWI14) ALL IN SECTION SEVEN (7) TOWNSHIP <br /> TEN (10) NORTH, RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, <br /> NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, William C. Carson and Mary Ann Carson, husband and wife, being the said <br /> owners of the land described in the legal description hereon, have filed an application for <br /> approval of the final plat of MAC Subdivision, a tract of land parcel of land comprising a part of <br /> the Southeast Quarter(SE1/4) and a part of the Southwest Quarter(SW1/4) all in Section Seven <br /> (7) Township Ten(10)North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6`''P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above-described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 10, 2015 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission considered <br /> said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS,the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said final plat on June 16, 2015 upon publication of notice of the same in the Grand <br /> Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the final plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of MAC <br /> Subdivision should be and is hereby approved.
