1 <br /> HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JUNE 2, 2015 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened June 2, 2015 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Dan Purdy, Gary Quandt, <br /> Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. Doug Lanfear was absent because he is out of state. <br /> Elected and Appointed Officials present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, County Clerk <br /> Marla Conley, County Assessor Jan Pelland, and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka and <br /> representatives from the news media. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME —Chairman Arnold asked if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forward at this time and no one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA- Purdy made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the May 19, 2015 meeting <br /> 2. 8 Set the public hearing for the 1 & 6 Road Program for June 30, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 3. 10 Placed on file the report from Hall County informational technology department <br /> regarding the disposal of surplus equipment and there were no bids received by May 29, <br /> 2015 <br /> 4. 12 Approved the appointment to the Hall County Housing Authority of Mary Livingston, <br /> Lachelle Beltz and Peachis Mason <br /> 5. 14 Approve the bi weekly pay claims and the early claims for <br /> 14a Approved the early claim for Gary Smith construction for$186,884.87 <br /> 14b Approved the early claim for CVB for March lodging tax for$40,940.43 <br /> 14c Elections systems software for$3,155.00 <br /> 14d Wimactel Pay phone claim for$240.00 <br /> 14e NE HHS State institutions billing for$1,862.00 <br /> 6 15 no office reports on file <br /> 7.16 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br /> 8. 17 Placed on file communications <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Lanfear was absent. Motion carried. <br />
