HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING MAY 19, 2015 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened May 19, 2015 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Arnold. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Dan Naranjo <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pam Lancaster, Douglas Lanfear, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Jane Richardson and Steve Schuppan. . <br /> Elected and Appointed Officials present were County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, County Clerk <br /> Marla Conley, County Assessor Jan Pelland, County Treasurer Peg Pesek and Board Assistant <br /> Stacey Ruzicka and representatives from the news media. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Arnold read the notice of open meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME — Chairman Arnold asked if anyone from the audience has a <br /> request to reserve time to come forward at this time and no one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA - Purdy made a motion and Lanfear seconded to approve the following by <br /> consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the May 5, 2015 meeting <br /> 2. 8a approved the change in dimensions of the beer garden for Bosselman Food Service <br /> Quaker Steak & Lube <br /> 3. 8b Approved the special designated liquor license for Goodwill Industries of Greater <br /> Nebraska for August 15, 2015 at Heartland Public Shooting Park <br /> 4. 8c Approved the special designated liquor license foe Midtowne Mart LLC for Bosselman <br /> Food Service for June 25, 2015 <br /> 5. 13a Approved the final plat and Resolution #15-022 For B &A Harrenstein Subdivision <br /> 6. 13b Approved the final plat and Resolution #15-023 For Whitaker Subdivision <br /> 7. 15 Placed on file the office reports from County Sheriff monthly report for March and <br /> quarterly report, Assessor/ Register of Deeds, County Attorney Statistical Report, Hall <br /> & Howard County Juvenile Services, County Clerk <br /> 8. 16 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 9. 17 Placed on file communications from the National Association of Counties <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Lanfear, Purdy, Quandt, Richardson and Schuppan all voted yes and none <br /> voted no.
