<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned session
<br />and by published call with Chairperson Margaret Landis presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />} Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Bill Wright. None were absent.

<br />Invocation was given by Abernethy.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegianqe was given.
<br />
<br />__ Minutes of May 5th meeting were accepted as received by mail, on motion by
<br />Frauen, seconded by Quandt, On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />
<br />Short recess for the County Board Members to visit the Election Commissioner's
<br />office to certify the optical scanner for today's primary election.
<br />
<br />Twelve Resolutions and Warranty Deeds to purchase right of way for highway
<br />improvement purposes were presented. Dan Hostler, Public Works Director
<br />was present and explained the locations.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Leslie to adopt Resolutions #1375 thru
<br />#1386 as presented. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />~JHEREAS, the r.ounty of Hall, State of r~ebraska, is desirous of obtaining

<br />additional property for highway improvement purposes; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the County 9f Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully

<br />nego t i a ted wi th AI vira 1., Daniel R., Ernest R, and Daniel E. Ohlman
<br />
<br />for the sale by him of certain real estate to be described in the following; and

<br />~~HEREAS, the County of Hall, State 'of Nebraska, is empowered by the
<br />
<br />Constitution and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for
<br />
<br />highway improvement purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate.
