On roll call Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Motion maded by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to return to regular session. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Jan Pelland, County Assessor was present with tax correction notices #320 thru #340. Quandt made motion to accept, Frauen seconded the motion. On r@ll call Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no. COMMITTE REPORTS Hartman - city council voting system Frauen - none Abernethy - Headstart audit report ok. The building now using will be ok for this next year. Leslie - Computer for Election office will save $7,000. Quandt - none Wright - Midland Area on Aging and review of budget. Hartman made motion, seconded by Quandt to look into the possibility of purchasing the city's system for voting or a new one for the Board of Supervisors voting. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Ellen Merril, board assistant, reported of the copier she is now using will cost $1095.00, which is below the state bid. Motion maded by Hartman, seconded by Abernethy to purchase this copier with the cost being out of the County Board budget equipment and supply line item. On roll call Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Wright voted yes, none voted no. Ellen Merrill also ask about the EPA using the board room for a public meeting regarding the Cleburn Street well. Ellen will check concerning someone from the Health Department being at the meeting and locking the building. Chairman Landis Adjourned the meeting at 11:45 A.M.
