RESOLUTION#14- 0.5 t <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HALL COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF <br /> CORRECTIONS TO OPEN A CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br /> RECEIVING AND DISBURSING STATE INMATE FUNDS <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 2012, the Hall County Board of Supervisors passed Resolution <br /> #12-026 which requires county officials to obtain the approval of said Board to open or close <br /> bank accounts; and <br /> WHEREAS, by its request dated August 28, 2014, the Hall County Department of <br /> Corrections requested Hall County Board approval to open a checking account for the purpose of <br /> receiving electronic transfers of State inmate funds from the State of Nebraska and, thereafter, <br /> immediately transferring said funds by check to the inmate trust account for posting to the <br /> inmate's individual cash account; and <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the request from the Hall County Department of Corrections is <br /> attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Department of <br /> Corrections is hereby authorized to open a checking account for the purpose of receiving and <br /> disbursing State inmate funds, and to operate said checking account in conformity with the terms <br /> and conditions of its request attached hereto. <br /> Resolution moved by Supervisor - 4,t,r6 <br /> Seconded by Supervisor 71�V (1/4Q11.0 .( Yl • <br /> Vote: <br /> Supervisor Arnold: For "I ; Against Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Lancaster: For 14 ,; Against Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor McFarland: For V ; Against ; Abstained_; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Purdy: For y ; Against ; Abstained_; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Quandt: For \(; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Schuppan: For Se; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br /> Supervisor Ziola: For 7' ; Against ; Abstained ; Not Present <br />
