This executive <br /> session is to prevent needles harm or injury to an individual. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 1:11 p.m. executive session <br /> 1:13 p.m Quandt made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out of executive session. Discussion was held on the administration building parking lot they <br /> are getting 2 more proposals.
