HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JULY 1, 2014 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened July 1, 2014 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bob McFarland. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL- Present on roll call were, Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, and David Ziola. Steve Schuppan was absent. <br /> Elected and Appointed Officials present were Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, County <br /> Clerk Marla Conley, Deputy County Assessor Barb Stoddard, Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka <br /> and representatives from the news media. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW—Chairman Bob McFarland read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME—Chairman McFarland stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come forward at this <br /> time. No one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Lancaster made a motion and Purdy seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the June 17th meeting <br /> 2. 11. Approved the Central Nebraska Adult Drug Court interlocal agreement <br /> 3. 12 Placed on file the Hall County Keno financial report for quarter ending March 31, <br /> 2014 <br /> 4. 13 Authorized the Chair to sign sub grant agreement for child support enforcement <br /> services for the Clerk of the District Court <br /> 5. 14 Discuss and approved Resolution #14-0-034 In support of the SCEDD boundary <br /> change <br /> 6. 16 Placed on file communications from Regional Planning <br /> 7. 17 Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 8. 19 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 9. 20 Placed on file communications <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. <br /> Schuppan was absent.
