HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING JUNE 17, 2014 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened June 17, 2014 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Bob McFarland. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE—The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were, Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. <br /> Elected and Appointed Officials present were <br /> Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf, County Clerk Marla Conley, County Assessor Jan <br /> Pelland, Deputy County Treasurer Alaina Verplank, Loren Humphrey Facilities/ADA coordinator <br /> Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. Representatives from the news media and 4 others present. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW--Chairman Bob McFarland read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME—Chairman McFarland stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come forward at this <br /> time. No one responded. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA— Lancaster made a motion and Purdy seconded to approve the following <br /> by consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the June 3, 2014 meeting <br /> 2. 12 Declared the Assessor's vehicle 2002 Ford Crown Victoria as surplus property <br /> 3. 9 Accepted and placed on file the resignation of Damon Obermiller from the Weed Board <br /> 4. 14a Approved and authorized the chair to sign the administrative services agreement <br /> fee schedule with Mid-American Benefits <br /> 5. 14b Authorized the Chair to sign the Midland Choice Multiplan complimentary access <br /> Appendix D <br /> 6. 15 Approved Resolution#14-032 For the final plat for Karle Subdivision <br /> 7. 17 Placed on file the office reports from Hall & Howard County Juvenile Services, Hall <br /> County Attorney, Hall County Clerk, Hall County Register of Deeds and Hall County <br /> Sheriff <br /> 8. 18 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 9. 19 Placed on file communications Central Nebraska Community Services <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no.
