11. INSURANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION. <br /> A. Company agrees to maintain coverage not less than the following amounts. <br /> 1. Workers' Compensation Statutory <br /> 2. Comprehensive General Liability <br /> Bodily Injury Including Death $250,000 each person <br /> $500,000 each occurrence <br /> Property Damage $250,000 each occurrence <br /> $500,000 aggregate <br /> 3. Comprehensive Automobile <br /> Bodily Injury Including Death $250,000 each person <br /> $500,000 each occurrence <br /> Property Damage $250,000 each occurrence <br /> $500,000 aggregate <br /> B. The insurance referred to in number two(2)and three(3)above shall be written under <br /> comprehensive general and comprehensive automobile policy forms, including coverage for <br /> all owned,hired and non-owned automobiles. Company may at its option,provide the limits <br /> of liabilities set out above by a combination of the above described policy forms and excess <br /> liability policies. <br /> C. <br /> D. The Company agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless County and Industries,their <br /> agents and employees,from any and all claims demands,actions or causes of action of <br /> whatever nature arising out of or by reason of the work to be performed hereunder by the <br /> Company,and further agrees to defend at its own cost any action or proceeding commended <br /> against County and/or Industries for the purpose of asserting any such claim as a result of <br /> action taken hereby the Company. The Company further states that it is acting as an <br /> independent contractor,that it's employees and agents shall not be considered employees of <br /> County and/or Industries,and that any and all claims that might arise under the Nebraska <br /> Workman's Compensation Act on behalf of said employees while engaged in any of the work <br /> or services to be rendered under this agreement shall not be the obligation or responsibility of <br /> County and/or Industries. <br /> III. PAYMENT FOR TRANSPORTATION SERVICES PERFORMED. <br /> County and Industries agree: <br /> A. To produce and distribute not more than fifteen thousand(15,000)eligible rider tickets for <br /> transportation services during(July 1s`,2014 through June 30,2015). Each ticket shall be <br /> valid for one(1)one-way trip within the city limits of Grand Island,Nebraska. Trips outside <br /> the city limits will be charged at the standard meter rate and can be paid in cash or in cab <br /> tickets equivalent to the standard meter rate. <br />
