RESOLUTION #14- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH SENIOR CITIZENS INDUSTRIES AND COMSTOCK CORPORATION FOR THE PROVISION OF ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FOR THE ELDERLY AND THE HANDICAPPED WHEREAS, it is the desire of the County of Hall, Nebraska and Senior Citizens Industries, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska , that additional transportation services be provided within the city limits of Grand Island, Nebraska for the elderly and handicapped persons who are registered with the Hall County Public Transportation and any necessary escorts, hereafter called eligible rides; and WHEREAS, the provision of such transportation services would be beneficial to the inhabitants of the County of Hall, Nebraska. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the proposed Agreement among the County of Hall Nebraska, the Senior Citizens Industries, Inc. of Grand Island, Nebraska and Comstock Corporation, a copy of which is attached hereto, is Hereby approved and the Chairman of the Hall County Board of Supervisors is hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of the County of Hall, Nebraska.
