1. Workers' Compensation Statutory Amounts <br /> 2. General Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence <br /> Bodily Injury $ 500,000 per occurrence <br /> 3. Auto Liability $1,000,000 per occurrence <br /> Bodily Injury $ 500,000 per occurrence <br /> Collision ACV <br /> Comprehensive ACV <br /> Uninsured Motorist $300,000 <br /> Underinsured Motorist $300,000 <br /> The general liability policy shall include coverage for loading and unloading passengers. <br /> The insurance referred to in Numbers 2 and 3 above shall be written under Comprehensive <br /> General and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Policy Forms,including coverage for all <br /> owned,hired,and non-owned automobiles. Industries may provide the limits of liability as set <br /> out above by a combination of the above-described policy forms and excess liable policies. Such <br /> insurance policy or policies shall include County as a"named insured." <br /> Industries shall verify compliance with this section by submitting a copy of its Certificate <br /> of Insurance. <br /> Section 8. Contracts Under this Agreement. Unless-otherwise authorized in writing by County, <br /> Industries shall not assign any portion of the work performed under this Agreement,or execute <br /> any contract,amendment or change thereto,or obligate itself in any manner with any third party <br /> with respect to its rights and responsibilities under this Agreement without the prior written <br /> concurrence of County. <br /> Section 9. Claims. Industries agrees to indemnify, save and hold harmless County, if officers, <br /> agents,and employees,from any and all claims,demands,actions or causes of action of whatever <br /> nature arising out of or by reason of the work to be performed hereunder by Industries,and <br /> further agrees to defend at its own cost any action or proceeding commenced against County for <br /> the purpose of asserting any such claim as a result of action taken hereunder by Industries. <br /> Industries further states and agrees that it is acting as an independent contractor,that its <br /> employees and agents shall not be considered employees of the County,and that any and claims <br /> that may or might arise under the Nebraska Workmen's Compensation Act on behalf of said <br /> employees or agents while engaged in any of the work or services to be rendered under this <br /> agreement shall not be the obligation or responsibility of County. <br />
