Mr. Purdy stated that we need details and answers and we are not prepared as a board to vote on this today we do not know enough to go forward. Mr. Arnold stated that they can add it to the agenda now anyone can do it without all of this fan fare and we don't have to have special meetings. Mr. Quandt thought the board wanted structure and he thought that by doing this all seven board members could know what is going on. He will get the information and will bring it back in two weeks for implementation in March. Mr. Ziola stated that he is not against trying something different. There was not a second to the motion to modify the committee structure. Lancaster stated that she is no opposed to finding out what the larger counties do, there is value looking at other entities we need the information. Chairman McFarland called for a second for the motion and no one responded. The motion failed because of the lack of a second. COMMITTEE OR BOARD MEMBER REPORTS — McFarland stated that the facilities committee met yesterday and discussed the courthouse project and the future 2014—2015 projects they also discussed the space needs for the probation office. They also discussed a request for payment of a claim. Chairman McFarland called for other reports and no one responded. BOARD ASSISTANT'S REPORT— Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka stated she did not have a report. Mr. Quandt stated that Hall County has lost a remarkable man with the passing of Judge Bush he was not only involved in the community but he was a fair judge. NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS —Chairman McFarland called for new or unfinished business and no one responded.
