<br />Ordinance was presented for consideration of installing stop signs at the
<br />intersection of Rosedale Road and AIda Road to stop east and west traffic.
<br />This was the site of 3 person fatal accident on March 29, 1992.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded, by Frauen to approve and authorize County
<br />Highway Superintendent to erect stop signs at the intersection of Rosedale
<br />Road and.Alda Road. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none vot~d no. Motion carried.

<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to accept the bids presented and refer
<br />to Public Works Committee and Director for recommendation~nm approval from
<br />State of Nebraska. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie,
<br />Quadnt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Alice Mahood, County Court Clerk Magistrate presented written information in
<br />regard to overspent County Court 1991-1992 budget. Requested $51,000.00 to
<br />complete the current fiscal year expenses. Discussion followed. This amount
<br />is in addition to the $18,000.00 requested on March 31, 1992 to pay the March
<br />claims allowed.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to have County Attorney's office
<br />prepare resolution to transfer an additional $51,000.00 to County Court budget
<br />for balance of 1991-1992 budget year. Funds to be transferred from the Misc-
<br />ellaneous General budget from line items Capital Outlay, Underground tanks,
<br />Building & Ground Projec~Sand Miscellaneous. On roll call vote Abernethy,
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no.
<br />Motion carried.

<br />Elly Carrico, Clerk of District Court was present to see if County Board had
<br />made decision on the purchase of Letriver for her office at cost of $18,360.00
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to accept the Eakes Office Center
<br />proposal for letriver and authorize Clerk of District Court to purchase.
<br />Discusssion followed as to what line item to transfer from. Board Members
<br />requested Carrico to contact some other firms to get proposals and costs.
<br />Motion and seconded was withdrawn until next week's meeting to see if can find
<br />some other proposaTs.
