<br />with Chairperson Margaret Landis presiding.

<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Bill Wright. None were absent.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Abernethy.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given
<br />
<br />Minutes of Janaury 28th meeting were accepted as received by
<br />by Quandt, seconded by Frauen. On roll call vote Abernethy,
<br />Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no.

<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz was present. Discussion on license
<br />agreement with Family Violence Coalition he had prepared. Also the need to
<br />look at an agreement of same type for Clean Community System offices.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to authorize Janulewicz to send
<br />agreement to Family Violence Coalition for their review. Also provide a
<br />draft copy to Clean Community System. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none votea no. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney requested an executive session in regard to personnel
<br />of employer - employee situation.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to hold Executive Session in regard
<br />to personnel. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Executive Session at 9:15 A.M. and returned to regular session at 10:03 A.M.
<br />on motion by Frauen, seconded by Quandt. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion
<br />carried.
<br />
<br />10:07 PUBLIC HEARING consider Conditional Use Permit to construct a 180' radio
<br />tower and a 10' x 12' equipment building on tract of land Cameron Township,
<br />NEl/4 Section 20, township 11, north, range 12 west. Hall County.
<br />Affidavit of publication was read.
<br />
<br />Hans Christiansen, Sales Manager for Electronics Service, Grand Island who had
<br />made request for conditional use permit, was present.
<br />No one was present in audience to oppose the request.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Wright to refer to County Attorney's office to
<br />prepare the conditional use permit for 5 years. On roll call vote Abernethy,
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no,
<br />Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept and place on file the Highway
<br />Department second quarter report as received last week for review. On roll
<br />call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted
<br />yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director thanked the Board members for going on the
<br />road tour, He felt they had a very good road tour. All members went on the
<br />Annual road tour exceptSupetvisor Quandt. County Board Assistant also went
<br />on the tour.
<br />
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Hartman to adopt Resolution #1346 with Five
<br />Points Bank. On roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt,
<br />Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
