State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional property for highway improvement purposes; and WHEP.EAS, the County 9f Hall. State of Nebraska, has successfully ~ negotiated with E.F. and Alice Terry for the sale by him of certain real estate to be described in the followinQi and L~HEREAS, the County of Hall. State .of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution and laws of the State of Nebraska to purc~ase real estate for highway improvement purposes and accept deeds conveying that real estate. NOH, THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, .
