Janulewicz <br />Deputy Hall County Attorney <br /> <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie to recess for Executive Session to discuss <br />F.O.P. negotiations 'and:~cla~m--,!iled by County Sheriff's employee. On roll call <br />vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, <br />none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Executive Session at 9:22 A.M. and returned to regular session at 9:50 A.M. on <br />motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie. On rollcall vote Abernethy, Frauen, <br />Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, none voted no. Motion <br />carried. <br /> <br />Present during executive session were Deputy Attorney Janulewicz, Sheriff <br />Emmett Arnetty, Chief Deputy Jan Steeple. Deputy Attorney Mark Young arrived <br />at 9:37 A.M. <br /> <br />Deputy Attorney Janulewicz recommended, County Board retain Harding & Ogborn <br />firm to continue to represent the Sheriff in the FOP negotiations, and to <br />negotiate with legal counsel for payment of sick time and vacation time. <br /> <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to accept Deputy Attorney's recommenda- <br />tion and retain Harding & Ogborn firm to represent Sheriff. On roll call vote <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis voted yes, Hartman voted <br />no~ Motion carried. <br /> <br />Deputy County Attorney will have recommendation on county employee's claim for <br />next week's meeting when Board ,members will be reviewing monthly claims. <br /> <br />Recessed for 10 minutes., Returned to regular session and resolut~ons were <br />presented from Union Bank ~ Trust Co. <br /> <br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Quandt to adopt Resolution #1339 and Resolu- <br />tion #1340 with Union Bank & Trust Co for exchange of certain collateral. On <br />roll call vote Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Leslie, Quandt, Wright and Landis <br />voted yes, none voted no.
