<br />at 10;00 A.M. was set by a motion of Hartman and a second by Frauen.

<br />Each board member picked their top 6 applicants-for .the'Clerk of District
<br />Court position for interviews December 1st and 2nd. After tabulations

<br />Board Assistant, and time for interview will be confirmed- Linda
<br />Zimmerman, David W Collins, Linda M Scarborough, Jeffrey H Bush, Mary
<br />Pat Kelley,artd Linda Shovlain.

<br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Abernethy to accept communications as
<br />read. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk
<br />voted yes, none voted no.

<br />A motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to authorize Chairman to sign
<br />agreement for project STPE 2150(4). Abernethy, Frauen, HartmQ.n, Landis,

<br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Frauen to pay three claims which were
<br />held last week. These claims being for Charles Maser, James A Wagoner,
<br />and Jack Zitterkopf. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,and
<br />Stelk voted yes, Quandt voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Chaieman Quandt adjourned the meeting at 3:55 P.M. Next regular
<br />Count Board meeting will be Tuesday, November 30, 1993 at 9:00 A.M.
