<br />Hartman made motion, seconded by Frauen to pay three claims which were
<br />held last week. These claims being for Charles Maser, James A Wagoner,
<br />and Jack Zitterkopf. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,and
<br />Stelk voted yes, Quandt voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Chaieman Quandt adjourned the meeting at 3:55 P.M. Next regular
