County Clerk reported has received check from Automated Systems for $499.99 for purchase of computer equipment from Motor Vehicle Department which was authorized couple weeks ago. Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept check from Automated Systems and place on file communications received today. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Ste1k voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. COMMITTEE REPORT: Hartman reported will have Mid Nebraska Individual Services meeting this week in Kearney. Frauen and Ste1k reported on the personnel committee meeting with county officials held last week. Ste1k reported on courthouse renovating committee meeting, the rotunda area need painting now. Abernethy felt should be s~parate project from the other renovating planned in courthouse. Ste1k has Senior Citizens Industries meeting tommorow and also reported the Building & Grounds department will start painting offices in Administration building soon. Leslie reported the Mid Plains meetings have been Executive Session, however will be a meeting next Monday, with Social Services Department on the funding for Children's Village Family. Center. Chaifin~:m adjourned meeting atC10:42', a.m. to attend Keith Schoe1, retired Hall County Treasurer's funeral. ~ext meeting will be Monday, October 18, 1993 at 9:00 a.m. Board members will be attending Annual NACO Convention in Omaha October 19, 20 and 21. . ~ \:\ALI.
