State of Nebraska, Department of Environmental Quality concerning the current investigation of ground water contamination potentially affecting the Village of Cairo. Copies of this letter to be sent to Public Works Director, Health Director and the County Attorney. Frauen made motion, seconded by Hartman to accept these communications and place on file. All voted yes. COMMITTEE REPORTS - STELK - reported on Building and Grounds meeting and the painting of rooms in the Administration Building, also Senior Citizens purchase of 301 E 3rd St. ABERNETHY - NACO DistriGt Meeting, Interstate ADA hearing and Gladys Johnson reception at ,KcarBoy.College Park. QUANDT - Library meeting, ADA meeting and Solid waste management meeting. Board Assistant~ Ellen Merrill gave board members time and date of re-use committee meeting. Discussed with the board concerning surveys to be sent out for the book mobile. She stated that the sheriff has some vehicles to get rid of and is wanting direction in this area. Merrill ask that time i3.nd date for bids to be opened for,the tuck pointing of the courthouse be placed on the agenda 'for Sept. 28th. The meeting place for the Central District meeting in the fall of 94, which Hall County will be hosting was discussed. Merrill was advised to check 1-80 Holiday Inn with details and arrangements. Chairman Quandt adjourned meeting at 3:40 P.M. Next meeting will be September 28, 1993 at 9:00 A.M. Clerk
