<br />Chuck Haase, City Of Grand Island Finance Director spoke with board in regard
<br />to Hall County share of Ambulance Service and the shortage of $34,340.75 from
<br />1991-1992 fiscal year budget. Should be appropriated in last month of 1992-
<br />1993 budget or appropriated in first month of 1993-1994 budget to provide
<br />funding per the Addendum agreement dated July 24, 1990.
<br />No decision was made today. Will look at when working in budget sessions
<br />this month.
<br />
<br />County Clerk reported the letter from last week's meeting from Nebraska Game
<br />& Parks Commission in regard to Project No. 31-00027, Acq. 4.78 +/- Acres &
<br />Development Prairie Pioneer Park. The project was sponsored by Hall County
<br />in 1967- 1970, located south of Stuhr Museum and North of Interstate 80.
<br />Board requested Deputy Attorney Janulewicz, NRD and Kaufman to look at the
<br />project.
<br />Motion by Abernethy, seconded by Frauen to refer to County Attorney's
<br />office and have them visit with Kaufman, County Park and Yoder, Stuhr Museum
<br />and NRD. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, and Stelk
<br />voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />COMMITTEE REPORTS:
<br />
<br />aartman reported on Mid Nebraska Retardation meeting held last Tuesday.
<br />He attended the Weed Board meeting last night and state their board will
<br />cooperate with County Board on any changes they wish to make in department
<br />with the new Weed Superintendent starting July 1, 1993.
<br />
<br />Frauen reported on Library Board meeting he attended.
<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Leslie that a letter be sent to the Library
<br />Board and Librarian Fosselman with notice of change of contract and written
<br />verification of funding for $37,128.00 and additional funding $14,086.00
<br />from emergency fund for one time only. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
