c;3~ /.:?~ 1.1 "County lottery" sha).l mean any keno lottery as permitted by Neb. Rev. Stat. S9-607 (l)(c) (ii) conducted or authorized by the County of Hall, Nebraska pursuant to the Nebraska County and City Lottery Act. 1.2 "Member of his or her immediate family" shall mean a child residing in an. individual's household, a spouse of an individual or an individual claimed by that individual or individual's spouse as a dependent for federal income tax purposes. r 1.3 "Sales outlet location" shall mean a main location, an additional main location, or a satellite location where the county lottery is conducted or operated for participation by the general public. 2. PLAYER INELIGIBILITY 2.1 The following persons and entities are prohibited from playing the county lottery and shall be ineligible to claim any county lottery prize: 2.1.1 Any member of the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska or any member of the immediate family of such board member. 2.1.2 The Hall County Keno Administrator and any immediate family member of said administrator. 2.1.3 Any lottery operator with whom the County of Hall contracts to conduct a lottery or any officer, director, share- holder, partner, owner, employee or agent of any such lottery operator or any immediate family member of any such officer, director, shareholder, partner, owner, employee or agent. 2.2 Any mayor and any member of the governing board of any city or village which enters into an agreement with the County of Hall for the conduct of a keno lottery game, and any immediate family member of any such person, is prohibited from playing the keno lottery game or claiming any prize at any sales outlet location within the municipal boundaries of the city or village in which such person holds such office. 2.3 Any officer, director, shareholder, partner, owner, employee, or agent of any sales outlet location and any immediate
