COMMITTEE REPORTS: Hartman reported on local meeting of the~idNebraska Individual Services and also Keno meeting. Abernethyr~portedshe had attended Building & Grounds Committee meeting, Criminal Justice Committee interviews for Correction Director, Attended the Family Violence Board meeting, and Senator Janis McKenzie meeting held in Doniphan. Landis reported on G~imina~_ Justice Commmittee interviews of 7 applicants and will meet at 1:30 P.M. today for discussion of interviews. Stelk reported she had attended the Criminal Justice Committee interviews and attended the Tri City Legislative Forum. Letter has been drafted to send to Mid Plains Center on the request for funding for ADA requirements. Motion by Frauen, seconded by Landis to have Board Assistant type up the drafted letter and send to Mid Plains Center and authorize chairman to sign the letter. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Leslie absent. Motion by Frauen, seconded by Hartman to accept and place on file the County office reports as presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Leslie absent. Motion carried.
