<br />Hall County.

<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director spoke in favor of the request, and requested
<br />adding Project STP-2080(1), 5 miles east of Shelton to .the Conditional Use
<br />Permit when prepared.

<br />Jerry Jacupke, represenative of Werner Construction Co was present. He stated
<br />would be a temporary Conditional Use permit and if could add the additional
<br />project would be OK or they will be back soon for another Public Hearing to
<br />request that project also.

<br />No one present spoke opposing the Conditional Use Permit.

<br />sign the gravel contracts for 1993.
<br />Motion by Hartman, seconded by Frauen to authorize chairman to sign 1993
<br />gravel contracts. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and
<br />Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />Sue Nadolski, Family Violence Center presented a written report on the
<br />activities of the Center and answered questions from the County Board members.
<br />
<br />Following additional discussion on the tax foreclosure sales for March 3 and
<br />March 5, 1993, Motion by Hartman,. seconded by Abernethy to adopt Resolution
<br />#1466 as prepared. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk
<br />yoted yes, Frauen voted no. Motion carried.
