<br />Public Hearing was opened'bo discuss the proposed Transition Plan for ""
<br />the Americans with Disabilities Act. No one appeared in regard to this
<br />hearing. Leslie move to close the hearing, Hartman seconded the motion.

<br />being charged to other county departments, Stelk seconded the motion.
