<br />Hartman gave copies of the proposal for the expansion of Mid-Intensity
<br />Services for Children and Families. He asked that the Board review
<br />this proposal.

<br />Jerry Janulewicz, Deputy County Attorney,talked with the Board concerning
<br />the commission percentage paid to Mr. Rod Huebner with the Hub Lounge by
<br />Fonner Park in the Keno games played in Hall County. He gave out a break
<br />down of proceeds and commissions as of October 31, 1994.
<br />Mike Johnson, Attorney for Fonner Park spoke concerning this matter, he
<br />also addressed questions from the Board members.
<br />Earl Alhschwede, attorney for Mr. Huebner, expressed his clients views
<br />and also answered questions.
<br />Janulewicz will met with the parties involved concerning a solution to
<br />this matter.
<br />
<br />Don Mehring, Chairman of the Airport Authority, addressed the Board
<br />concerning some funds from the Visitors Promotion in helping to promote
<br />the Airport. Stelk as a representative to the Visitors Promotion Committee
<br />agreed to look into the matter.

<br />Lois Steinke, Senior Citizens, gave a departmental report. She asked
<br />for guidelines for selling a surplus bus used as a Handibus. She
<br />reported that activities were up in countyand they were looking forward
<br />to having a new lunch site in AIda shortly.
<br />
<br />Charles Kaufman, Parks Supertindent, recommended that the purchase of
<br />tractor with loader be with Fairbanks Farm for $19,995 according
<br />to the bids accepted last week. Landis made motion, seconded by Aber-
<br />nethy to accept the recommendation and purchase the tractor from
<br />Fairbanks Farm. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Stelk voted
<br />yes, Quandt voted no. Motion carried.

<br />file the miscellaneous receipts from the C6unty Treasurer./Abernethy,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
