<br />-t HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING - SEPTEMBER 27, 1994

<br />Hall County Board of Supervisors met" at 9:00 A.M. from adjourned
<br />session and by published call with Chiarman Richard Hartman presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard
<br />Hartman, Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Rev. Roger Ridley, Grace Baptist Church.
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was given.
<br />
<br />Minutes of September 20th meeting were accepted by motion of Frauen,
<br />seconded by Quandt. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
<br />
<br />Mark Young, County Attorneys office, discussed EPC claims submitted by
<br />Mary Lanning Hospital.
<br />
<br />Jerry Janulewicz, Deputy County Attorney, reviewed the agreement with
<br />Head Start. Moiton by Landis, seconded by Frauen to accept this agree-
<br />ment. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk
<br />voted yes, none voted no.

<br />seconded by Abernethy to approve warrant of
<br />tax valuation case for Lazy B Motel, Heinz vs
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />yes, none voted no.
<br />
<br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director, discussed a claim to be paid to
<br />the state for fuel tax. The problem being it's due the 20th of the
<br />next month following the end of the quarter. The Board agreed to
<br />allow him to submit this claim next weeK and each quarter thereafter.
<br />
<br />Hostler read a committee report from the Public Works Committee to
<br />accept bids for project C40(177)-1 - Sky Park Road. Frauen made motion,
<br />seconded by Leslie to accept this committee report. Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />PUBLIC WORKS COMMITTE REPORT

<br />, The Hall County Public Works Committee recommends that the Hall County Board of Supervisors accept
<br />bids unti110:00 AM, Tuesday, October 18, 1994 at the Hall County Administration Building, 121 South
<br />Pine St., Grand Island, Nebraska for 1994 Asphaltic Concrete Maintenance Projects and Project
<br />" C40(177)-1 - Sky Park Road

<br />Motion made by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to have the Road Department
<br />pick up tree damage branches in the Meadowlark Estates Subdivision.
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes,
<br />none voted no.
<br />
<br />10:30 A.M. - Board of Corrections meeting as advertised.
<br />
<br />Motion made by Frauen, seconded by Quandt to approve resolution #1591
<br />with Bank of Wood River for additional collateral for County funds on
<br />deposit with the bank. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
