A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A MINIMUM VALUE OF ITEMS INCLUDED IN ANNUAL INVENTORIES WHEREAS, the State Auditor's Office requires that only items with a value greater than $200 be listed on annual inventories; and WHEREAS, eliminating items of less than $50 value from annual inventories would reduce work for department heads who compile these lists; and WHEREAS, eliminating items of less than $50 value from annual inventories would reduce work for members of the Board of. Supervisors who must account for items on inventory lists. NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the Coqnty Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, that items of less than $50 value be removed from the annual inventory and not included in such lists in the future. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. - RESOLUTION #/~i7 A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE ADA REQUIREMENTS BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1995 WHEREAS, due to the establishment of a new fund for ADA Requirements in the 1994/95 fiscal year,. there is no cash balance with which to fund expenditures; and WHEREAS, approximately $70,000 will be needed early in this fiscal year to install a new elevator in the Courthouse; and WHEREAS, there are sufficient unrestricted funds on hand in the Miscellaneous General Budget of the County General Fund to permit the transfer of .$70,000 from said fund to the ADA Requirements Fund.
