Motion carried. <br /> <br />Reported on the C.W.A Contract with Public Works Department. Dan Hostler <br />reported that C.W.A. had accepted the offer from County. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by/Landis to accept the C.W.A. contract as <br />reported and accepted by the C.W.A. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Official Bond was presented for Mary Kay Shay, Election Commissioner from June <br />21, 1994 to January 1, 1996. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to approve the official bond as <br />presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie and Stelk voted yes, <br />Quandt voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Dan Hostler, Public Works Director reported a GIS and Aero Metric Conference <br />will be held in Omaha on Thursday July 28 and he had been invited to attend. <br />County Assessor would be unable to attend so he asked board for permission <br />for him to attend the conference. <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Leslie <br />meeting in Omaha on Thursday, July 28th. <br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none <br /> <br />to authorize Dan to attend the GIS <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Recessed at 11:45 a.m. for lunch. Returned to regular session at 1:30 p.m. <br />with all board members present. <br /> <br />Letter from Doris Mason, Hall County Treasurer for report on delinquent real <br />estates taxes and special assessments for 2 or more years. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Stelk to adopt Resolution #1577 for 2 year <br />tax sale as presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt <br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.
