<br />2. Letter of Resignation from Jean Fisher as Executive Director of Hall County
<br />Head Start program effective August 5, 1994 due to personal reasons.

<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Landis to accept Jean Fisher's letter of
<br />resignation and to send letter accepting the resignation and expressing the
<br />County Board's appreciation for years of service. Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Leslie absent.

<br />Supervisor Landis requested the letter to the Reuse Committee members for
<br />update be placed on County Supervisors letterhead.
<br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Stelk to authorize the letter be placed
<br />on County Board letterhead. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Quandt
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no, with Leslie absent. Motion carried.

<br />Ellen Merrill County Board Assistant gave weekly update report. She stated
<br />Ethel Rasmussen, Social Service Department had requested County Board input
<br />on payment of a funeral request for female, age 49, was Grand Island native
<br />but resident of California for past 16 or 17 years, mother has requested
<br />assistant for payment of funeral.
