<br />9'1r~,17 :1 <br /> <br />~, <br /> <br />~.' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />#-&} <br /> <br />i <br /> <br />.,. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE <br />HALL 'COUNTY JAIL FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, <br />1994. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, due to unforeseen expenses the amount appropriated <br />for the Hall County Jail for the fiscal year ending June 30, <br />1994, is insufficient to meet the expenses of the Hall County <br />Jail; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, $19,000 of additional appropriations is necessary <br />to fund the Hall County Jail; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there are sufficient unrestricted funds on hand in <br />the Miscellaneous General Budget of the County General Fund to <br />permit the transfer of $19,000 from said fund to the Hall County <br />Jail budget of the general fund. <br /> <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of Supervisors of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That appropriations for the Jail budget of the County <br />General Fund be increased in the amount of $19,000 for the fiscal <br />year ending June 30, 1994. <br /> <br />2. That $12,000 in additional appropriations shall be <br />transferred from the Physician (Jail) line item #23650 in the <br />Miscellaneous General budget of the General Fund, and $7,000 in <br />additional appropriations shall be transferred from the Jail <br />Surveillance (Protex) line item #21303 in the Miscellaneous <br />General budget of the General Fund. <br /> <br />3.
