Janulewicz presented <br />each member with copy of proposed contract and resolution of intent to <br />continue Head Start Programs and Services in Hall County. <br /> <br />Motion by Landis, seconded by Leslie to adopt Resolution #1566 as presented. <br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none <br />voted no. Motion carried. <br />RESOLUTION #. IS&' ~ <br /> <br />5 <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF INTENT TO CONTINUE HEAD START PROGRAMS AND <br />SERVICES IN HALL COUNTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since October 1, 1971, the County of Hall has <br />sponsored Head Start. programs and services in Hall County through <br />federal fUnding; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Hall County Board of <br />Supervisors to ensure continuation of the present Head Start <br />. programs through current Head Start personnel, facilities, and <br />programs. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intent 'of the Hall County <br />Board of supervisors to continue the provision of Head Start <br />programs and services in Hall County for the 1994-95 fiscal years <br />and subsequent years through federal grants and funds awarded to <br />the County of Hall, as grantee, and Hall County Head Start, as <br />subgrantee. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />, 1994. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this J1'~ay of <br /> <br /> <br />HALL <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Marjor' , County Clerk <br /> <br />Discussed the law enforcement contracts. <br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to leave the law enforcement agreement <br />costs with villages the same for one more budget year. Frauen, Hartman, Landis, <br />Leslie and Quandt voted yes, Abernethy and Stelk voted no. Motion carried <br />on 5 yes, 2 no vote. <br /> <br />Hartman reported on the Mid Plains Center meeting, Have Mid Nebraska Indivi- <br />dual Services meeting tomorrow at 4:00 p.m and Thursday night a Mid Plains <br />Center meeting again. <br /> <br />Stelk reported on the survey report on county employees picnic and place on <br />next week's agenda for discussion on the information. <br /> <br />Ellen Merrill, County Board Assistant gave weekly report. Letters for District <br />Judge Martin and also District Judge Luther are ready for signatures. Need to <br />set Criminal Justice Committee. meeting (decided to meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday <br />morning, following the Board of Equalization meeting). Guidelines on county <br />budget forms. .' <br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie to authorize Board Assistant to send <br />out letters to County Departments in regard to 1994-1995 budgets. Abernethy, <br />Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br />
