<br />The:fb11owing Building & Grounds Committee recommendations were presented for
<br />consideration.
<br />
<br />The Hall County Buildings and Grounds Committee recommends
<br />the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chair to sign a
<br />contract with G and D Janitorial for janitorial services in
<br />the Administration Building, Courthouse, and Social Services
<br />Building from March 1, 1994, through February 28, 1995, at a
<br />cost of $46,848.
<br />
<br />This committee further recommends that up to $300 in
<br />expenditures for a new display for pictures of present and
<br />past Supervisors be taken out of the miscellaneous line item
<br />in the Board's budget.

<br />Motion by~ Apernethy, seconded by Stelk to approve the committee recommend-
<br />ation to contract with G&D Janitorial for janitorial services in three
<br />buildings listed and authorize chairman to sign the contract. Abernethy,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, Frauen, Hartman and Landis voted no.
<br />Motion carried on 4 .yes';. 3 no vote.

<br />Motion by Stelk, seconded by Leslie to accept committee recommendation
<br />to approve expenditures up to $300.00 for new display for pictures of
<br />present'and past Supervisors in County Board room. Abernethy, Frauen,
<br />Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no.

<br />Affidavit of publication was presented as published and also the sighed
<br />letter from all sixsbidders of notification of rescheduling of bid opening
<br />from February 22nd, due to weather, to be held March 1, 1.994 at 10:30 a.m.
<br />Motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie to. open gravel bids as received.
<br />Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Ste1k voted yes, non~
<br />voted no. Motion carried. . .
