<br />Agreement between Southern Power District of Grand Island and Hall County
<br />was presented in regard to Project No. BRO 7040(15) Cairo Northeast for
<br />moving of power poles.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Leslie to approve and authorize chairman
<br />to sign agreement as presented. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Dan Hostler, PUblic Works Director explained the changes in agreement with
<br />Village of Doniphan in regard to project RS-2070(4) Doniphan East & North.
<br />Costs of project was 75% County and 25% Village has been changed to 80%
<br />County's share of secondary Highway Federal Aid funds and 20% cost paid by
<br />Village of Doniphan.
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Abernethy to accept changes on agreement
<br />with Village of Doniphan. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,Quandt
<br />and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Hostler presented a written report to be presented to the Reuse Committee
<br />and explained his inventory of the Section line roads at CAAP as requested.
<br />
<br />County Assessor Jan Pelland gave update report on the reappraisal for Hall
<br />County. She explained the problems and recommends the final appraisal figures
<br />be; put off until 1995.
<br />
<br />Motion by Frauen, seconded by Stelk to recess for Executive Session in regard
<br />to personnel. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk
<br />voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Executive Session at 10:02 a.m. to discuss personnel and returned to regular
<br />session at 10:50 a.m. on motion by Quandt, seconded by Leslie. Abernethy,
<br />Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no:

<br />Chairman called short recess while waiting for two employees from Weed Dept
<br />to arrive at meeting.

<br />Quandt absent from room when vote was taken. Motion carried.

<br />Executive Session at 11:01 a.m. to discuss personnel with Bill Bean and Randy
<br />Valasek from the Weed Department. Supervisor Quandt returned to meeting room
<br />after session had started. Returned to regular session at 11:13 a.m. on
