<br />HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING, FEBRUARY 8, 1994

<br />The Hall County Board of Supervisors met at 9:00 a.m. from adjourned session
<br />and by published call with Chairman Richard Hartman presiding.
<br />
<br />Present on roll call were Irene Abernethy, Richard Frauen, Richard Hartman,
<br />Margaret Landis, Robert Leslie, Gary Quandt and Tammie Stelk. None were absent.
<br />
<br />Invocation was given by Pastor Lawrence Becker, Calvary Lutheran Church.
<br />
<br />Pledge of Allegiance was giliven..
<br />
<br />Minutes of February 1st meeting were accepted as received on motion by
<br />Quandt, seconded by Stelk. Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis, Leslie,
<br />Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.
<br />
<br />Deputy County Attorney Jerom Janulewicz was present.
<br />Attorney Janulewicz presented resolution in regard to sale of, property owned
<br />by County Lot 3 Dahlke Subdivision. Motion by Quandt, seconded by Stelk
<br />to adopt Resolution #1545 as presented. . Abernethy, Frauen, Hartman, Landis,
<br />Leslie, Quandt and Stelk voted yes, none voted no. Motion carried.

<br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOT THREE (3) DAHLKE
<br />SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, Nebraska, is the record
<br />title owner of the above described real property having ,
<br />acquired the same through tax foreclosure proceedings; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Neb . Rev . Stat. sec. 77-1936,
<br />property acquired under tax foreclosure proceedings may be
<br />sold by the governmental body which acquired the property by
<br />deed signed by the chairman for such price as the governing
<br />body of the governmental subdivision, in the exercise of good
<br />faith, finds to be a reasonable price for the property; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />desires to sell the above-described real property at a
<br />reasonable price; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the County Board of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />received an offer by Lloyd W. Gloyne and Alice Lynn Gloyne,
<br />husband and wife, for the purchase of the above described
<br />real property for the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
<br />DOLLARS ($2,500.00) which offer was accepted by the County
<br />Board of Hall County on August 10, 1993.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the sale of the
<br />above-described real property for the sum of TWO THOUSAND
<br />FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00) is hereby determined to be a
<br />reasonable price for said property and the sale of the same
<br />is hereby approved. The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
<br />and the County Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
<br />execute on behalf of the County of Hall, Nebraska, a deed and
<br />any documents necessary to convey the same to the above-
<br />named parties.
