9Sr-:l3l.j. ~ Charles Bosselman presented information to the county board on a request to move Wood River Road. Dan Muhleisen and Dave Ziska with Olsen and Associates presented maps of the changes that will need to be made. The state of Nebraska has this project budgeted for 1996. The road will be moved 400 feet North. Hartman made a motion and Landis seconded to approve moving Wood River Road. Abernethy, Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Larry Nelson with the Grand Island Fire Department requested the county board to take a quick tQur of the old rescue truck. He is requesting $30,000.00 from Hall County to help pay for the new truck. Nelson cited some statistics on the number of calls received. This will be considered at budget time. Jan Pelland, County Assesso!, presented tax notices number 1015 to 1024 to the board. Quandt'made a ntotion;;.andst-eIK' seconded to accept the notices and authQrize the chair to sigIi:'H:Abernethy , Hartman, Landis, Leslie, Quandt and Rosenkotter all voted yes and none voted no. The Semi-Annual Statement of the settlement of the Hall County Treasurers report was submitted to the county board. Hartman made a motion and Rosenkotter se90nded to accept and place on file. Abernethy, Landis, Leslie, Quandt, Rosenkotter and ..ptelk all voted yes and none voted no. A fax of a letter from the City of. Grand Island supporting Hall Countys decision to petition the State Boar~ of Equalization was received. Quandt made a motion to accept the letter and place on file and send a copy with the petition to the'State Board of Equalization.
